The G3 lever floating ball steam trap uses the density of condensed water and steam to change the liquid level of condensed water, causing the floating ball to rise and fall and drive the opening or closing of the valve disc, achieving the purpose of blocking steam and draining water. By utilizing the principles of buoyancy and leverage, the floating ball can rise or fall through changes in liquid level. The floating ball drives the lever, causing the valve disc to leave or release the valve seat, thus achieving the function of opening drainage and closing obstruction. Adopting an automatic exhaust valve, it can automatically discharge non condensable gases, is very sensitive, has high working quality, and has a long service life. Continuous drainage, discharge as soon as there is water, with a low degree of undercooling of 0 ℃. The lever floating ball drain valve adopts two structural methods: single seat and double seat.
