GSB6-GSB8 lever floating ball type
Details
Working principle of GSB lever floating ball drain valve
When the GSB lever floating ball drain valve is first started, the automatic exhaust device is in the open state, quickly eliminating non condensable gases from the system. When steam and hot condensate enter, the temperature inside the valve chamber increases accordingly, and the exhaust device automatically closes. At this time, the floating ball rises and falls automatically with the change of water level, driving the lever to adjust the opening of the valve seat hole and continuously discharge condensate. When the condensed water stops entering, the floating ball descends by its own weight, driving the lever to drive the valve core to close the valve seat hole. Due to the valve seat hole forming a water seal below the condensate water level, there is no fresh steam leakage during operation. This series of drain valves utilizes a fully balanced double seat structure, which ensures that the medium pressure borne by the upper and lower valve cores is equal in magnitude and opposite in direction, with constant opening and closing forces. It can achieve ultra large displacement under high pressure differential conditions.
Performance advantages of GSB lever floating ball drain valve
1. This series of lever floating ball steam trap adopts a "balanced double seat" sealing structure, which has a balanced and reliable opening and closing action, can maintain long-term excellent characteristics, and can fully demonstrate its excellent performance in working conditions where a large amount of condensate needs to be discharged;
2. Obtain super large displacement with small volume;
3. The dual valve seat is made of 304 material, which is wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and durable;
4. The sealing surfaces of the upper and lower valve seats have undergone special research and development processes to achieve complete balance and sealing performance;
5. The float ball drives the lever to automatically adjust the opening of the drainage valve seat hole, which works continuously and is not affected by changes in steam pressure, ensuring stable performance;
6. The automatic exhaust device can automatically remove non condensable cold and hot gases, eliminate gas lock phenomenon, and has good performance in removing non condensable gases;
7. The drainage valve seat hole is always below the condensate water level, forming a water seal, and there is no fresh steam leakage during operation;
8. Continuous discharge of condensate water, balanced water flow, particularly effective in condensate water recovery systems.
The selection of GSB lever floating ball drain valve is mainly based on
1. Condensed water load (discharge volume) kg/h
2. Working pressure MPa
3. Working pressure difference (MPa)
4. Valve body material and nominal pressure
5. Connection method and size
