Working principle of FT44H lever floating ball drain valve

When the valve is first started, the automatic exhaust device quickly eliminates non condensable gases from the system. When steam and hot condensate enter, the temperature inside the valve chamber increases, and the exhaust device automatically closes. The float ball rises and falls according to the change in condensate water level, driving the lever to adjust the opening of the valve seat hole and continuously discharge condensate. When the condensed water stops entering, the floating ball descends by its own weight, driving the lever to drive the valve core to close the drainage valve seat hole.
