GPZ backwash filter
Details
Nominal diameter: DN50~1600mm
Nominal pressure: PN1.6~6.4MPa
Applicable media: water system, steam, etc
The internal structure of the backwash fully automatic cleaning filter consists of a pig hair brush or stainless steel wire brush, a stainless steel filter screen, and transmission components. It is equipped with a transmission motor and an electric valve to automatically clean and discharge pollutants. The operation mode is automatic (or manual), and the equipment has dual functions of pressure difference and timed automatic discharge. The automation part adopts today's reliable PLC programmable controller.
When the water flows through the fully automatic cleaning filter, mechanical impurities in the water are intercepted by the filter screen. When the impurities accumulated on the surface of the filter screen increase and the pressure difference reaches 0.04 MPa, the pressure difference development sends a signal, and the PLC sends a command to start the transmission motor, open the drain valve, and the impurities accumulated in the filter screen are brushed down by the rotating brush and discharged from the drain outlet. The entire brushing and discharging process does not require personnel operation or shutdown. At the same time, the device is also equipped with timed cleaning and manual cleaning functions to ensure reliable water discharge in any situation.
2. The pressurized raw water enters the machine through the inlet and first flows through the coarse filter screen by external pressure to filter out larger particulate impurities. The water from the coarse filter enters the fine filter under internal pressure, further intercepting small impurities in the water. At the same time, ultrasonic waves work synchronously to vibrate the tiny bubble nuclei in the liquid. When the sound pressure reaches a certain value, the bubbles will continue to expand and then suddenly close. When these small bubbles collapse rapidly, high temperature (5000K) and high pressure (thousands of atmospheres) are generated inside the bubbles. Due to the high-speed influx of liquid around the bubbles into the bubbles, strong local shock waves are generated in the liquid near the bubbles, forming a series of effects such as ultrasonic bacteria, cleaning, crushing, emulsification, dispersion, and promoting chemical reactions. Ultrasonic waves with frequencies above 20KHz integrate various water treatment technologies such as oxidation, incineration, and supercritical oxidation. They not only prevent filter clogging and prolong the backwash cycle of the filter, but also have significant functions in reducing bacteria and degrading organic matter. As various pollutants accumulate inside the fine filter screen in the filtering medium, the filtering channel is blocked, and the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet gradually increases. When the pressure difference reaches the preset value, the pressure difference transmitter connected to the inlet and outlet converts the detected pressure difference signal into 4-20mA The current signal is transmitted to the control system, and the backwash frequency can also be pre-set through time. When the running time reaches the preset value, the system automatically starts the stroke motor and backwash high-pressure pump. At this time, the transmission device drives the dirt collector equipped with a suction nozzle to rotate and horizontally move back and forth on the inner side of the filter screen. At the same time, on the outer side of the filter screen, the high-pressure backwash device synchronizes with the sewage device and forms a corresponding relationship. Without interrupting normal operation, only a small part of the product water is used to perform high-pressure backwash on the fully automatic cleaning filter screen. The backwash water passes through the filter screen, and the impurities peeled off from the filter screen are quickly sucked into the dirt collector by the suction nozzle, sent to the sewage chamber, and then discharged from the sewage outlet.
The automatic backwash filter consists of a cylinder, a stainless steel filter screen, a discharge part, a transmission device, and an electrical control part. When the filter is working, the water to be filtered enters through the water outlet, flows through the filter screen, and enters the pipeline required by the user through the outlet for process circulation. The particles and impurities in the water are trapped inside the filter screen.
